We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential candidates or customers, providing relevant information, and maintaining follow-up records.
Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates or customers.
- Explain job vacancies, services, or company offerings clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and customers.
- Maintain daily call records and update information in the database.
- Respond to basic queries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule interviews or appointments, as required.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
