Claims Manager – Motor Insurance

Experience: 3–7 Years | Motor Insurance Claims

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Motor Insurance claims operations.
- Coordinate with customers, surveyors, garages, insurers and internal teams.
- Monitor claim registration, assessment, documentation and settlement.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims and minimize pending/aged cases.
- Review claim documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
- Handle customer queries and resolve claims-related issues effectively.
- Track claims MIS, TAT and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, insurer guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:





- Graduate in any discipline; Insurance/Finance qualification preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Motor Insurance Claims.
- Strong knowledge of claim processing and documentation.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
