Job Description – Solar Technician

Position: Solar Technician
Industry: Solar Power / Renewable Energy
Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)
Location: Project Site –Bihar
Experience: 1-2 Years in Solar PV / Electrical Maintenance & Fresher will do.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related field
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing and maintenance of Solar PV systems.
- Troubleshooting of solar modules, inverters, DC/AC systems and cables.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Conduct electrical testing using multimeter, megger and other tools.
- Monitor inverter/SCADA performance and identify faults.
- Maintain daily maintenance reports and checklists.
- Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.




- Coordinate with the Site Engineer/O&M; team for technical issues.

Preferred: Candidates with utility-scale solar plant/O&M; experience and willingness to work at project sites.

Salary : upto 3 LPA
