Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical MIS Coordinator with a background in Information Technology to oversee our data management, reporting, and operational information systems. This role requires an expert capable of processing large volumes of data, building automated reporting structures, and delivering timely business intelligence to management. Freshers need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and streamline daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Aggregate and analyze structured data from multiple sources to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Maintain data integrity, perform routine validation checks, and resolve database discrepancies.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows using advanced spreadsheet techniques, scripts, or database queries.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management to generate custom ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Troubleshoot IT and database reporting errors to ensure zero operational downtime in data flows.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting and data coordination (strictly no entry-level candidates).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Mastery:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, Nested IF, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros/VBA).
- Working proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and operational bottlenecks.
- Work Requirements: Ability to manage high-pressure reporting deadlines and handle on-site operational demands effectively.
