Position: Counsellor
Number of Positions: 2
Office Location: Pingmedia, Agra
Experience: Relevant counselling/admissions/training-centre experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective candidates regarding available courses and training programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, benefits, duration, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates’ educational and career requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective candidates through calls and in-person interactions.
- Assist with candidate registration, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records and counselling reports.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams.
- Motivate candidates to participate regularly in training programs.
- Address candidate queries and provide appropriate guidance.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and counselling abilities.
- Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive, professional, and target-oriented approach.
