Job Role: Site Supervisor – Modular Interiors

Overview:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of modular kitchen and wardrobe installations at client sites. This includes overseeing site readiness, ensuring accurate implementation of design specifications, and liaising with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drawings & Coordination:
- Collect and review final design drawings from the design team.
- Coordinate with the marking team to ensure accurate electrical and plumbing markings are completed at the site.
- Verify site conditions and communicate with site contractors or client-appointed agencies to fulfill technical and preparatory requirements.
- Material & Installation Readiness:
- Cross-check delivered materials against approved drawings and BOQ to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supervise the receipt and quality of processed materials and modular components delivered to site.
- Procure hardware, accessories, and any additional materials required for final installation in coordination with the procurement or store team.
- Execution Oversight:
- Ensure the site is ready (civil, electrical, plumbing, and other prerequisites) before initiating installation.
- Coordinate with various on-site agencies (electricians, plumbers,



civil contractors) to ensure timelines and technical compatibility.
- Oversee and support the installation team during execution to resolve issues in office efficiently.
- Project Completion & Handover:
- Ensure all finishing work is completed to design specifications and client satisfaction.
- Conduct a final quality check with reference to the approved drawings.
- Facilitate smooth handover of the site to the client, including documentation, snag rectification, and closure reports.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of modular interior execution (kitchen, wardrobes, storage systems)
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
