Brickfolio Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing Residential Real Estate Sales team in Hyderabad.

Location: Hyderabad
Preferred Areas: Gachibowli | Kollur | Tellapur | Kokapet | Neopolis | Kondapur | Financial District

Role: Sr. Sales Executive
Industry: Residential Real Estate

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage potential client leads
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful closures
- Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the sales process
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets
- Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups and conversions

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales
Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team




Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Robust client handling and closing skills
