• Loan Against Securities (LAS) | Margin Trading Funding (MTF)

• Promoter Funding | ESOP Funding | IPO Funding

• Post-Sanction Operations & Loan Documentation

• KYC | Client Onboarding | Account Activation

• Collateral & Documentation Management

• Regulatory / Statutory Audits & Compliance

• Operational Risk | RCSA | Process Governance

• MIS | Operational Controls | Cost Optimisation

• DSA Empanelment & Payout Management

• Investor / Customer Grievance Management

• Team Leadership & Process Improvement

Ideal Profile





12+ years of experience in NBFC / Financial Services Operations

Strong exposure to lending operations and Capital Market financing

Experience across LAS / MTF / Promoter Funding or similar lending products

Strong understanding of documentation, KYC, controls, audits and regulatory processes

Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
