Role Description As an AI/ML Instructor at FACE Prep, you will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on core Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts for tech aspirants. You will develop curricula, lesson plans, projects, and assessments that align with industry expectations and placement requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include teaching in-person cohorts, explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible manner, mentoring learners on projects, and providing individualized feedback to support skill development. You will collaborate with the academic team to update course content, integrate emerging tools and frameworks, and contribute to workshops and bootcamps focused on AI/ML. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Chennai, requiring active classroom facilitation and regular interaction with students and colleagues.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data handling and analysis, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and basic statistics.
- Ability to design structured learning content, including curricula, lesson plans, projects, and assessments for beginner to intermediate learners.
- Effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
- Experience mentoring or training students or early-career professionals, ideally in classroom or bootcamp settings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced academic environment, with a learner-centric mindset and openness to continuous feedback and improvement.
- Familiarity with industry use cases, current AI/ML trends, and placement-focused skill development is an advantage.
