Role Description The Tender Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. The role involves preparing tender proposals, cost estimates, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. Day-to-day activities include maintaining tender trackers, managing submission timelines,



liaising with clients and consultants for clarifications, and updating management on bid status and outcomes. The Tender Executive will also support post-tender negotiations, documentation, and handover to project execution teams for awarded contracts.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and contract review.
- Candidates should possess skills in cost estimation, basic commercial analysis, and pricing of HVAC and electro-mechanical projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in coordinating with engineering, sales, and finance teams to compile technical and commercial inputs.
- Candidates should possess skills in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital tools for tender tracking and reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting proposals and client correspondence.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders and strict deadlines.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) or commerce/business is preferred.
- Prior experience in tendering or bid management in HVAC, construction, or electro-mechanical projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain high attention to detail, and uphold ethical and compliant tendering practices is expected.
