Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹3.6 LPA + Incentives up to 100% of fixed pay
Role:
Handle delinquent/pre-delinquent customer accounts, make collection calls, understand customer concerns, drive Promise-to-Pay commitments, and maintain accurate CRM updates.

- Experience in Tele-Collections, Recovery, Tele-Sales, or Customer Service
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- DRA certification is mandatory
