Role Description The AI Master Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training programs that help learners understand and effectively use AI tools and solutions in the social impact and CSR ecosystem. This full-time, on-site role based in Kakori involves creating training content, modules, and curricula; conducting interactive workshops and classroom sessions; and assessing learner progress through assignments, evaluations, and feedback. The AI Master Trainer will collaborate with program leads and domain experts to tailor AI training to different stakeholder needs, including corporate teams, nonprofits, and government partners. The role also includes staying updated on AI trends, responsible AI practices, and emerging use cases, and translating these into practical learning resources,



case studies, and hands-on exercises. The AI Master Trainer will document training outcomes, support continuous improvement of the training framework, and contribute to knowledge-sharing across CSRBOX's initiatives.
Qualifications

- Robust foundation in AI concepts and tools, including basic machine learning principles, generative AI platforms, and practical application in CSR, ESG, or social impact contexts.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or teaching, with the ability to explain technical topics in accessible language and adapt content to different audiences.
- Curriculum and content development skills, including designing structured training modules, creating presentations, and preparing practical exercises or case studies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage participants, manage group dynamics, and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on responsible AI use, data privacy, and ethical considerations in impact-focused projects.
- Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms, including basic proficiency in office productivity software and online collaboration or LMS tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Social Sciences with tech focus, Education, or related disciplines (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience working in CSR, development sector, or with corporate and government stakeholders is an advantage.
