Job description:

• At least 5 years of in-depth experience (Techno-functional) in Oracle-Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc) .

• At least 3 years of AMS experience of (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RIB, ALLOCATION etc)

• Technical knowledge – Unix script , PLSQL ProC, Oracle Forms / ADF.

• Hands on experience of resolving L2 and L3 tickets , independently

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.





• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

• Knowledge of Batches , critical path , batch scheduler is required.

• Monitor batch processes, interfaces, and data flows to ensure smooth business operations.

• Support release deployments, smoke testing, and post-production validation.

• Identify process automation and operational efficiency opportunities.

• Drive reduction in recurring incidents through preventive actions.

• Adaptable in working in shift.

• Experince of Jira stories , Git-hub and DevOps
