Role Overview

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to lead and oversee the design and development of architectural projects, including commercial buildings, residential homes, and public spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Leadership: Lead the design process by interpreting client briefs and preparing innovative architectural designs that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within established parameters.
- Collaboration: Actively coordinate with engineering and construction teams, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality construction documents using software such as REVIT and AutoCAD. Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance/quality control reviews at key project milestones to maintain high standards of design integrity.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative team setting.
- Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders,



addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet their needs.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years focused on multi-family and mixed-use projects.
- Licensure: State licensure as an architect is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as REVIT, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and codes.
- Ability to produce detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
