About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Fulfilment Manager to join the Acumen team and take ownership of the fulfilment journey end-to-end.

The role will involve coordinating closely with production, warehouse, installation, Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure orders move as planned, timelines are met, and client escalations are resolved effectively.

The ideal candidate should be organised, dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working across multiple teams, with solid ownership of execution and follow-through.

Responsibilities

- 1. Own Fulfilment End-to-End
- Track every order from production and dispatch through delivery, installation and go-live.
- Maintain complete visibility on the status of every open order.
- Ensure orders progress through each stage as planned and are successfully closed.

- 2. Drive Coordination and Timelines
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Installation, Operations and Customer Success teams.
- Identify potential delays and bottlenecks early.




- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders move as planned and timelines are met.

- 3. Own Client Escalations
- Take complete ownership of client escalations related to fulfilment.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with stakeholders.
- Drive issues through to closure and ensure that escalations do not remain unresolved.

- 4. Keep the Team and Process on Track
- Support the existing Operations team in managing day-to-day fulfilment activities.
- Maintain a simple, accurate and up-to-date order tracker.
- Follow up on pending actions and ensure clear accountability for every next step.
- Maintain visibility on pending orders and ensure timely follow-ups.

- 5. Identify and Improve Recurring Issues
- Identify patterns and recurring challenges in the fulfilment process.
- Proactively highlight issues to leadership.
- Suggest practical process improvements to reduce recurring fulfilment challenges and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Fulfilment, Client Delivery, Service Delivery or a similar role.
- Experience managing end-to-end fulfilment or delivery processes.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience handling client/stakeholder escalations and driving them to closure.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills.
- Comfortable maintaining trackers, monitoring pending actions and managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Ability to identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.
- Highly organised, dependable and hands-on approach to work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a similar Operations, Fulfilment, Service Delivery, Client Delivery, Logistics, Installation or Project Execution role would be preferred.
