Role Description The Sales Executive role at Dawn Dusk Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate industry, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present studio services such as visual identity, CGI, brand films, and interactive experiences. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with the creative team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



updating CRM or sales records, and providing market feedback to support strategic planning and service positioning.
Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing deals.
- Experience in relationship management and client servicing, with the ability to understand client needs and communicate tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with creative or real estate services, such as visual branding, CGI, films, or interactive media, is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex services in explicit, persuasive terms.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, media, design, or a creative agency environment is an advantage.
