About Pia

Pia Prescience Private Limited builds *Pia - the shop's intelligent PA.*

Billing, purchases, stock, expiry, GST and reports, in one app, on the phone in the shopkeeper's hand. It does the work of Marg, Vyapar and Tally together, and adds an intelligent PA that drafts the day's work. Nothing moves without the owner's word.

The role

Full-time field sales in Jabalpur. You sell Pia shop to shop, starting with the city's pharmacies. You walk in, show Pia on your phone, and get the shop live. Our concierge team handles the setup. You own the relationship from the first visit through the shop's first month.

What you will do

• Visit pharmacies across Jabalpur every day on a planned route.

• Demo Pia at the counter: a bill in seconds, expiry flagged in time, fast-movers that never run out, the day's accounts done at close.

• Get the shop live: install the app and hand over to Pia Concierge for setup, including the five-minute import from Marg or any other system.





• Stay with each shop through its first month so it keeps billing on Pia.

• Build working relationships with retailers, wholesalers, medical representatives and the chemist association.

• Log every visit, objection and go-live the same day.

What we look for

• Field sales experience, ideally in pharma, FMCG distribution, or software sold to shops. Medical representatives are welcome.

• Fluent Hindi and working English.

• Comfortable demonstrating an app on a phone.

• Own two-wheeler and a valid licence.

• Based in Jabalpur. Knowing the dawa bazaar is a plus.

• Patient with a shopkeeper's questions, and honest about what Pia does and does not do.
