About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, promote Protrainy's courses, and drive conversions through calls and online communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams when required.

Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales calls, follow-ups, and target-based work.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Good internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
