Role Description

This is an on-site sales and marketing role in Kozhikode, starting with a two-month internship and moving to full-time on satisfactory completion. We are launching our living wall range this year and need someone to build the customer pipeline before it goes live. You will research and build our list of architects, interior designers, and offices across Kerala, make first contact, book workshop visits, and keep the pipeline organised. You will also run marketing campaigns and handle product demos. You will work directly with the founder.

What you will work on

- Reach out to customers, follow up, and close orders.
- Research and build a list of architecture firms, interior designers, and corporate offices, with named contacts.




- Book and host workshop visits so people can see the product.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns across channels.
- Handle demos, calls, and the odd event or dealer visit.
- Keep the CRM clean and the pipeline current.

Qualifications

- Any field. Business, marketing, or communications is useful but not required.
- Comfortable calling and messaging people you have never met.
- Organised. You can keep a list of two hundred contacts straight without being reminded.
- Good written English. Malayalam helps for local outreach.
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster.
- We care about attitude, not years of experience.
