The Content Innovation and Visualization team is focused on cultivating a storytelling- and insights-driven culture, aimed at implementing scalable solutions that remain aligned with S&P; Global's strategic objectives. The team brings together data, design, workflows, business intelligence platforms, and emerging technologies to create integrated, user-centric content and visual experiences that strengthen the S&P; Global brand, drive speed and innovation, and enable customers, colleagues, and partners to interact seamlessly with insights.

The core mandate of the team is to connect data and content with our customers in an integrated way to support Ratings evolving digital business model, while enhancing transparency, relevance, and how businesses engage with insights. As we advance our enterprise-wide data and digital strategy, this role will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Role Summary
We are seeking an AI & Analytics Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between traditional Business Intelligence and the frontier of Applied AI. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a skilled who excels at turning complex data into actionable insights through Power BI and/or MicroStrategy, while simultaneously architecting the next generation of intelligent workflows using LLMs, AI Agents, and Python-based automation. You will not just report on data; you will build intelligent systems that interpret and act upon it.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Intelligent Automation

- Architect BI Ecosystems: Design, develop, and scale sophisticated Power BI / MicroStrategy dashboards and robust data models that drive executive decision-making.
- Advanced Enterprise Reporting: Deliver high-precision, scalable paginated reports using Report Builder / MicroStrategy Report to meet complex organizational requirements.
- Workflow Orchestration:



Engineer seamless business processes by leveraging Microsoft Power Automate to eliminate manual friction and optimize operational efficiency.
- GenAI Integration: Design and implement advanced prompt frameworks for Microsoft Copilot to enhance organizational productivity and user experience.

AI Engineering & Agentic Workflows (50%)

- AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents utilizing approved Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to solve complex business logic.
- Python-Driven Innovation: Develop custom AI and automation solutions using Python to extend the capabilities of standard enterprise tools.
- Model Integration & Optimization: Integrate LLMs via APIs and perform rigorous prompt tuning and optimization to ensure enterprise-grade accuracy and reliability.
- System Orchestration: Build and maintain sophisticated AI workflows involving orchestration frameworks, API integrations, and enterprise-scale applications.
- R&D; Leadership: Continuously evaluate the emerging AI landscape to identify and pilot innovative use cases that provide a competitive advantage.

Technical Profile

Required Expertise

- BI Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Report Builder, Power Automate and MicroStrategy.
- AI Engineering: Proven hands-on experience in AI Agent development and working with LLM APIs.
- Programming: Strong Python development skills with an emphasis on automation and AI integration.
- Prompt Engineering: Advanced capability in prompt design, optimization, and framework creation.
- Systems Integration: Deep understanding of REST APIs and connecting disparate enterprise applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

- Domain Expertise: Experience within Financial Services, Risk Management, or highly regulated analytics environments.
- Advanced Frameworks: Familiarity with Agentic frameworks and SQL.
- Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, automation, or AI engineering.
