Are you passionate about recruitment, connecting with people, and finding the right talent

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai and other platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines

• Handle offer rollout, documentation, BGV and joining formalities

• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within timelines

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR





• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred
