About the Role-

We are looking for a Team Lead – Integrated Media Planning with 5–8 years of experience in developing and executing integrated media strategies across Offline and Digital Paid Media.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, and Activations, along with a strong understanding of Digital Paid Media, including Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, LinkedIn, and OTT

The role requires a strategic planner who can build impactful media plans, manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with media partners, and drive campaign performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
- Plan and execute campaigns across TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, Activations, and Digital Paid Media.
- Prepare media plans, budget allocations, cost estimates, release orders, and campaign documentation.
- Negotiate with media owners, publishers, and vendors to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend strategic optimizations.




- Present media strategies, campaign reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.
- Collaborate with Creative, Account Management, Strategy, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Support new business pitches with creative media recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media platforms, and consumer behaviour.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure timely campaign execution.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Media Planning within an Advertising or Media Agency.
- Strong expertise in Offline Media Planning (TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, and Activations).
- Good understanding of Digital Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic, LinkedIn Ads, OTT).
- Strong experience in Media Buying, Budget Planning, and Vendor Negotiation.
- Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
