Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 0–3 years of experience who has a strong interest in software testing and automation. The candidate will work on Playwright with TypeScript, functional testing, API testing, regression testing, and automation framework development. The role begins with manual and functional testing and progressively moves towards ownership of Playwright automation, API testing, and CI/CD-based automated regression.

Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain UI automation tests using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Create reusable test scripts, page objects, utilities, and test data.
- Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze failures.




- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Playwright API.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Validate application releases across QA and UAT environments.
- Participate in requirement analysis and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Maintain automation scripts and contribute to improving test coverage.
- Work with developers and QA team members to troubleshoot defects.
- Support CI/CD test execution and automation reporting.

- Education-BE / B.Tech / MCA / Equivalent qualification
