About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our retail stores across Punjab, with a strong focus on Optometrist hiring and bulk retail recruitment.

The role will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists across Punjab, along with managing high-volume hiring for other frontline retail positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across Punjab, with a primary focus on Optometrist hiring.
- Manage bulk/volume hiring of Optometrists across multiple stores and locations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Optometrists through various sourcing channels.
- Explore and develop sourcing channels across optical retail, hospitals, clinics, institutes, local networks and relevant talent pools.
- Drive hiring for other retail roles such as Sales Associates, Store Managers and frontline positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, local networks, job fairs and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening based on qualification, relevant experience, communication skills, location preference and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with business teams and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage offer closures,



candidate engagement, joining follow-ups and onboarding.
- Ensure minimum dropouts/no-shows by maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with business and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Who Are We Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, optical, healthcare, frontline or bulk hiring.
- Prior experience in Optometrist hiring will be strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Optometrist talent market and local sourcing channels.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with hiring targets and tight timelines.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and recruitment pipelines independently.
- Candidates from optical retail, healthcare, e-commerce, Q-commerce or other volume-hiring environments will be preferred.
