- Define data migration strategy (Master Data, Open Items, Historical Data)
- Data carve-out and consolidation strategy
- Legacy data retention and archival approach
- Data reconciliation and validation framework
- Mock conversion and cutover architecture
- Lead Design Authority workshops
- Review solution designs from functional streams
- Govern architecture decisions and exceptions
- Manage architecture RAIDs
- Present solution strategy to CIO, Enterprise Architects, and Steering Committees
Mandatory Skills:
- 15+ years of experience
- End-to-end ECC to S/4HANA architecture design
- Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield transformation approaches
- SAP Activate methodology
- Global template
