Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead / Lead Developer with 7–8 years of experience in Python, statistical analytics, predictive analytics, and semiconductor yield improvement. The candidate should have robust hands-on development experience and the ability to design, propose, and implement analytics-driven solutions for semiconductor manufacturing, test, process, or yield engineering use cases.

The role involves leading the technical design and delivery of Python-based analytics applications, building statistical models, developing predictive analytics solutions, analyzing manufacturing and test data, and identifying patterns that support yield improvement. The candidate should be able to guide developers, review technical deliverables, ensure data quality, and apply appropriate statistical, machine learning, and visualization techniques to solve engineering and business problems.





The candidate must be able to communicate analytical insights, solution design, model behavior, risks, and delivery progress clearly with managers, senior management, QA, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Work location can be Chennai or Bangalore .
