About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Floor Manager to manage day-to-day activities on the retail floor at FirstCry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the sales team, driving sales performance, maintaining product presentation, ensuring stock availability, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Floor & Store Operations

- Manage daily activities and smooth functioning of the assigned retail floor.
- Ensure proper product arrangement, display, tagging, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure products are properly organized according to category, size, age group, and requirement.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual sales performance of team members.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve productivity.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Track sales, conversion, average bill value, and other store performance parameters.

Team Handling

- Supervise and guide Sales Associates/Sales Persons on the floor.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
- Assist in training and grooming new employees.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline,



and customer-handling standards.
- Conduct regular team briefings regarding targets, offers, and new products.

Customer Service

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products according to their requirements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and escalations professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Inventory Support

- Monitor stock availability on the sales floor.
- Coordinate for timely replenishment from the stockroom.
- Support stock audits, cycle counts, inward/outward processes, and inventory reconciliation.
- Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in organized retail / store operations will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant retail sales/store experience.
- Prior experience in floor supervision or team handling preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Positive knowledge of retail sales and store operations.
- Presentable personality with professional grooming.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
