Key Responsibilities:

- Register beneficiaries digitally, create/verify health identifiers and capture demographic and medical information.
- Conduct preliminary health screening and record vital signs including BP, pulse, temperature, BMI and SpO₂.
- Perform basic health assessments and support Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and NCD screening.
- Assist the Medical Officer during teleconsultation by recording patient history, symptoms, screening findings and other relevant clinical information.
- Assist in basic clinical procedures, sample collection and Point-of-Care Testing (POCT), as required.
- Maintain accurate EMRs, screening records, referrals and follow-up information.
- Provide basic health education and support patients with treatment and referral instructions.
- Coordinate with the Medical Officer, Lab Technician, Optometrist and Community Health Worker for beneficiary assessment, referrals and follow-up.




- Maintain hygiene, infection prevention and control practices, and ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing or recognised Diploma/Degree in relevant Paramedical/Allied Health discipline.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred; experience in primary healthcare, NCD screening, community health, MMU or outreach programmes desirable.
- Key Skills: Patient registration and digital data capture; vital signs and basic health assessment; NCD screening; patient history-taking; POCT and basic clinical support; EMR/digital health platforms; infection prevention and control; patient counselling and communication; referral coordination and follow-up.
- Language: Conversant in the local/regional language of the target beneficiary population and able to communicate effectively with patients.
- Deployment: Based on the Mobile Medical Unit remote screening locations, support outreach camps and community-level eye screening activities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
