- Provides nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Assesses the patient’s health condition and daily care needs.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments safely.
- Monitors vital signs and observes changes in the patient’s condition.
- Provides wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Assists patients with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities.
- Educates patients and family members about medication, diet, and self-care.
- Maintains proper infection-control and safety practices at home.
- Keeps accurate records of patient care, medications, and progress.
- Communicates with doctors and the healthcare team and reports any significant changes.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
