Job Description ( Store Executive)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage store operations, inventory control, inward–outward material movement, and coordination with production, service, and accounts teams.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, proper documentation, and smooth store functioning in a fast-paced home appliances environment.

Store Executive Responsibilities:

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, stock registers, and ERP/Tally entries.
- Material Inward & Outward: Handle GRN, material issue, dispatch entries, and gate passes.
- Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve variances.
- Spare Parts & Finished Goods Handling: Manage spare parts, raw material, and finished goods inventory.
- Coordination: Coordinate with production, service, purchase, logistics, and accounts departments.
- Documentation: Maintain proper store documentation, challans, invoices, and reports.
- Compliance & Safety:



Ensure material handling procedures and store safety norms are followed.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and submit MIS to management.
- Loss Prevention: Ensure zero material loss, damage, or misplacement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate / Diploma in Store, Logistics, or Computer Science any relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience as a Store Executive.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of store & inventory management.
- Experience with ERP / Tally / inventory software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & stock MIS.
- Good coordination & follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks

Job Type:

Salary:

- 15,000 - 25,000 per month
