Designation : Sales Representative - C&I; (Solar)

About the Role :

We are looking for a result-oriented C&I; Sales Executive to generate and convert Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar opportunities, achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

* Generate qualified C&I; solar leads through various channels.

* Conduct meetings with industrial and commercial clients.

* Coordinate and conduct qualified site surveys.

* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals/quotations.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into orders.

* Achieve C&I; project sales and order booking targets.

* Follow up on project-wise outstanding payments as per approved terms.

* Coordinate project handover with technical, execution, finance, and operations teams.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, lead status, quotations, and follow-up reports.

* Develop recent business through industries, corporates, consultants, and channel partners.





* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referral opportunities.

Key Performance Parameters :

* *Sales Achievement:* Monthly assigned kW / ₹ target.

* Lead Conversion: Achieve company-defined conversion benchmarks.

* Collection: Ensure timely payment follow-up within approved terms.

* Follow-up Discipline: Every active lead must have a defined next action.

* Data & Reporting: Maintain 100% accurate and updated CRM/reporting.

* Team Coordination: Ensure timely project handover and support.

* Market Expansion: Continuously develop new C&I; accounts.

Qualification : Any graduate

Experience : min 2-3 years in Solar

Salary : up to 45k CTC
