About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage the overall factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, timely project execution, manpower utilization, and cost control. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and coordinating with Production, Projects, Procurement, Quality, Stores, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for factory operations, production, and project execution.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage and optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Stores, Dispatch, and Quality teams.
- Monitor production costs, material consumption, wastage, and operational efficiency.
- Implement processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper quality control and safety standards are followed across the factory.
- Manage factory manpower, including supervisors, operators, technicians, and contract workers.




- Monitor machinery maintenance and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Track production KPIs and prepare regular operational reports for management.
- Develop and implement SOPs, production processes, and operational systems.
- Ensure proper inventory, material handling, storage, and dispatch processes.
- Handle operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Production, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in factory/production operations, preferably in interiors, signage, branding, fabrication, furniture, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Strong experience in production planning, factory management, manpower management, quality, and cost control.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
