- Supervise and manage Hindi-speaking manpower.
- Coordinate daily work and allocate tasks to workers.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Communicate work instructions clearly in Hindi.
- Coordinate with management and workers to resolve issues.
- Ensure workplace safety and company policies are followed.
- Maintain basic manpower and attendance records.
- Handle day-to-day workforce coordination and reporting.
