Job Responsibilities :

Organize technical support for carrying out the Mechanical Maintenance of Inlet system, PRS, Slug catcher, MEG Pre-treatment, MEG Reclamation, GDU, CTM, Fuel gas skids, GTG and WHRU systems by ensuring 100% PM Compliance, availability and reliability of mechanical systems; meeting all scaffolding needs of the facility with the objective of maintaining Plant availability by implementing standard maintenance practices. OMS implementation.

Job Accountabilities

- Provides support in execution of all planned and unplanned activities for the mechanical maintenance within the approved budget and timelines.

- Job Planning -Review annual maintenance plan for all the mechanical equipment; review of LLF annual Plan and predictive maintenance annual plan for all the rotary & static equipment; Prepare turnaround shutdown plans; Organises inspection for statutory requirements; Identifies PSM critical elements; Identifies insurance items; Reviews equipment task lists; Reviews SOPs/SMPs; Provide inputs for annual budget; organises periodical review of risk analysis requirements; plans for compliance of various audit observations; review/participation in RCA and MOC process as per approval; Identification of requirement for special tools and tackles; IN ORDER to facilitate reliable operation of Mechanical systems without interruption

- RESOURCE MOBLIZATION reviews annual requirement of all Mechanical services, spares and consumables; Reviews SoW for each of the contract; Coordinates with mechanical planner for initiation of actions and review progress PRs initiated on time to meet the mobilisation plan; Reviews vendor qualification criteria; Reviews vendor competencies technically; Performs shortlisting of the vendors ; Coordinates with P&C; for finalization of Contracts in consultation with HoD; Participates in the Review meetings of the Inventory and initiates actions as per the recommendations; Facilitates periodical calibration & testing of Mechanical tools and tackles; Guides the vendors/contractors for mobilization of resources IN ORDER to implement timely execution of the Job plan.

- JOB EXECUTION Reviews the Work execution in line with predetermined plan; Validates Work Schedule, quality standards and compliance with Secure working practices HSE guidelines; Verifies job measurements; Verifies & certifies vendor/contractor periodical bills and submits for approvals afer assessing job performance; Conducts periodical review of meetings with Contractors/vendors to assess the progress of the work; Ensures implementation of RCA recommendations, MOC recommendations, audit recommendations and predictive maintenance recommendations; Coordinates with other stakeholders for interface management; Facilitates effective implementation of PTW compliance requirement for each job; Provides engineering inputs & expertise support in all the critical maintenance activities to facilitate job completion as per desired parameters; Facilitates smooth demob process of men and material IN ORDER TO meet the objectives of Job Plan;

- TECHNICAL REVIEWS Participates and reviews the technical proposals prepared by vendors/contractors and submit for approval; Initiates actions as per the approved MOCs related to maintenance activities; Participates in the Asset Integrity reviews and comply with recommendations; Validates job execution proposals and methods; Undertakes closure of notifications in SAP; Plays lead role in conducting RCA related to mechanical equipment and implement the recommendations; Organises review of SMPs from time to time; IN ORDER TO meet the required standards of mechanical maintenance activities





- SUPPORT TO NEW PROJECTS Extends support and technical expertise for new and upcoming projects; Provides inputs for improvement in the Design of future projects based on the lessons learnt; Extends field support during tie-in with the existing Facilities with expansion plans IN ORDER TO facilitate trouble-free execution of projects.

- AUDITS & DATA MANAGEMENT Certifies documents to be updated in REIMS periodically; Reviews and releases DPRs and MPRs; Ensure maintaining equipment history in SAP; Reviews LLF check lists and implementation of plans; Coordinates with respective team for smooth conducts of audits and ensure compliance with the observations; IN ORDER TO keep data updated and facilitate smooth execution of Audit Plan.

- TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Evaluates competencies of each employee as per their job role; proposes training as per the gap analysis; Reviews training effectiveness and post training competencies; prepares annual training calendar; Implements roll out of training plan for the outsourced workforce; Organises in house training programmes for the contractors team as per the gap analysis; Organizes competency evaluation of contract staff periodically IN ORDER TO maintain the safety and reliability of the mechanical systems;

Education Requirement :

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;

Experience Requirement :

15 Years of experience out of which minimum 5 Yrs in Oil & Gas major size industry in a lead position with specific experience on GTG maintenance.

Skills & Competencies :

SAP, API, ASME, OISD codes and standards, Knowledge of statutory requirements; Emergency preparedness; HSE standards; Factories Laws.
