Senior Finance Manager – Manufacturing

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a manufacturing facility in Pune. The role covers accounting, taxation, audits, treasury, cost accounting, internal controls and import/export finance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting, MIS, financial reporting and month/year-end closing. Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, Customs and Transfer Pricing compliance. Handle statutory, internal, tax and cost audits. Manage cash flow, working capital, banking and foreign exchange. Oversee import/export finance, LC and related compliance. Lead manufacturing cost accounting, including BOM, standard/actual costing, WIP, inventory and variance analysis. Manage the finance team and strengthen internal controls. Requirements
8+ years of finance experience,



preferably in manufacturing/plant finance. CA or CMA qualified. Solid knowledge of Indian taxation, Ind AS, audits and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in factory-level cost accounting. SAP/ERP and advanced Excel skills. Good English and Hindi communication skills. Optical fiber, optical cable, telecom/electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
