Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive - HORECA

Strategic Distributor Management:

- Establish and maintain solid, strategic partnerships with key distributors.
- Provide advanced training, mentorship, and support to distributor sales teams to maximize their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with distributors to develop and implement sophisticated, data-driven market development strategies.
- Analyze and discuss distributor ROI and performance, implementing corrective actions and growth plans as needed.
- Conduct regular joint market working and strategic field visits with distributor sales teams, focusing on key opportunities.
- Ensure distributors adhere to company policies and procedures, and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.

Sales Generation & Business Development:

- Identify and develop new, high-value sales opportunities within the assigned territory or with key accounts.




- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets and strategic objectives.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key, high-value customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, proactively address complex customer needs and concerns, and ensure swift resolution of issues.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify emerging opportunities.

Order Management & Sales Operations:

- Oversee the processing and management of significant customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Brand Promotion & Market Presence:

- Promote the Foods brand and products through various strategic sales and marketing activities.
- Participate in key trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
