WE ARE HIRING – TRANSPORT & VEHICLE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Automobile / Mechanical preferred

Age: Below 40 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate company drivers and transport operations.
- Prepare and monitor the daily vehicle & driver plan based on business requirements.
- Allocate vehicles and drivers for daily trips, pickup/drop and material movement.
- Monitor driver attendance, duty schedules, route plans and vehicle availability.
- Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, servicing and emergency repairs.
- Plan preventive maintenance and ensure timely servicing.
- Maintain vehicle documents such as Insurance, FC, PUC and permits.
- Maintain vehicle-wise maintenance, service and expense records.
- Coordinate with departments for daily transportation requirements.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs and vehicle performance.
- Ensure drivers follow safety, route and company transport procedures.

Candidate Profile




- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport coordination / vehicle maintenance.
- Experience in driver management and daily transport planning is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vehicles and urgent transport requirements.
