Role

As a Team Manager you will be responsible for Planning and Management of Operations Excellence in Global Business, Accessories, Harley Davidsons & VIDA with optimum utilization of resources i.e. manpower, machine in order to move smooth operation’s.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key reponsibilities will include, but not limited to: To Manage and planning, Global Business, Accessories, Harley Davidsons & VIDA activity to achieve the target. To manage the Resources planning to achieve target.

To manage back order To manage cost reduction with planned and positive approach to reduce expenditure

Coordination with other departments (Internal & External).

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech. /B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Total – 08+ Years’ experience in ware house & plant Operations

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Operation & Warehouse Management, Awareness of internal and external customer needs, Quick learner, Problem-solving and innovative Approach, Valuable Analytical and logical skills.

Behavioural Skills

Communication, Team Work & Collaboration, Time Management , Professionalism & Work Ethics etc
