NThe Role

nOwn the full partnership lifecycle — from first conversation to signed MoU to live, revenue-generating programs — across three pillars:

- Strategic Alliances — IIMs, premier institutes, universities and large corporates

- Corporate Training — banks, AMCs, wealth firms, insurers and fintechs
N
- Government & CSR — finishing schools, financial literacy and skilling mandates

nWhat You'll Bring

- Mandatory Requirement - 15–20+ years in BFSI,



financial education, L&D;, or institutional / corporate sales
N
- A strong, existing network across banks, AMCs, insurers, fintechs, universities and premier institutes
N
- Proven track record of signing and monetising large, long-cycle partnerships and MoUs
N
- Comfort engaging CXOs, Deans, L&D; heads and government / CSR stakeholders as a peer
N
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with sharp commercial acumen
N
- MBA / postgraduate qualification preferred
