Store Manager Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations and daily activities.

- Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.

- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team.

- Ensure excellent customer experience.

- Monitor sales KPIs and team performance.

- Manage inventory, stock and store security.

- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.

- Handle customer queries and complaints.

- Conduct team briefings and product training.

- Maintain sales reports and MIS.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and policies.

Senior Stylist / Stylist Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a premium shopping experience.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

- Explain jewellery,



diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond products.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

- Generate leads and follow up with customers.

- Build strong customer relationships.

- Handle customer queries and provide product information.

- Maintain product presentation and store standards.

- Update customer/CRM and sales records.

- Support store promotions and marketing activities.

- Follow company SOPs and retail processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates from the Lab-Grown Diamond industry only.

- Experience in jewellery/luxury retail will be preferred.

- Robust communication, customer handling and sales skills.

- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
