We're Hiring | Assistant Vice President Fund Accounting (AIF Category III)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) with deep expertise in AIF Category III Funds, Domestic Mutual Funds, Fund Accounting, NAV Oversight, and Client Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily/monthly NAV production for AIF Category III Funds

Review cash, position, and market value reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of exceptions

Oversee portfolio valuation and pricing reviews in line with IFSCA and SEBI guidelines

Manage accounting for complex instruments, including OTC derivatives and fund capital activities

Review investor-level allocation reporting and month-end NAV deliverables

Drive accuracy in performance fee calculations, equalization, and series accounting

Support regulatory reporting, audits, and financial statement preparation

Lead process improvement, automation, migration, and operational excellence initiatives

Manage relationships with clients, auditors, investor services teams, reporting teams,



and global stakeholders

Mentor and develop team members while ensuring high-quality client deliverables

What We're Looking For

8+ years of experience in AIF Category III and Domestic Mutual Fund Operations

Strong expertise in valuation of equities, derivatives, debt securities, bonds, debentures, and unlisted investments

Extensive experience in NAV calculations, performance fee methodologies, equalization, and series accounting

Advanced Excel and analytical skills

Proven people management and stakeholder management experience

Robust communication skills with experience interacting directly with clients

Preferred

Experience working on Paxus

Exposure to General Ledger Accounting platforms
