Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Create engaging content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and brand goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and platform updates.
- Manage comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Track social media performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.




- Prepare performance reports and implement strategies for continuous growth.
- Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity.
- Use AI and social media tools to improve content creation and productivity.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and content planning skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns is an advantage.
- Healthcare, Dermatology, Beauty, or Wellness industry experience is preferred.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
