Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Databricks

- Use LLM/GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate SQL development, data exploration, Quality Control and documentation while ensuring accuracy

- Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions

- Perform root cause analysis and deep dives to explain trends, anomalies, and performance changes on dashboards/Reports

- Write efficient, scalable SQL queries to support dashboards and ad-hoc analysis

- Build reusable metrics, KPIs, and standardized reporting layers

- Manage and deliver multiple reporting and dashboard projects simultaneously

- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually appealing, and business-friendly, following best design practices

- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics Teams and business stakeholders for data availability, performance, and correctness

- Take complete ownership of assigned deliverables and drive them independently from concept to delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills





- 5+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, or Report/Dashboard Development

- Robust hands-on expertise in Power BI and/or Tableau

- Proven experience delivering multiple dashboards end to end

- Excellent SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and aggregations

- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement understanding skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel

- Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating insights into business language

- Experience with Databricks BI / Databricks SQL dashboards (added advantage)

- Hands-on usage of LLM / GenAI tools to improve productivity and efficiency

Nice to Have

- Experience working in SaaS or data-heavy product organizations

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (facts, dimensions, star schema)

- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

- Experience supporting executive or leadership-facing dashboards
