Are you a seasoned Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, regulatory compliance, and statutory audits within a large listed organization?
We are looking for a dynamic finance leader to join our Corporate Finance team as GM / Sr. GM - Corporate Accounts & Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS across multiple entities, including overseas subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures.
- Drive compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act 2013, Schedule III, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage statutory audits, annual report preparation, regulatory disclosures, Board and Audit Committee reporting.
- Oversee Internal Financial Controls (IFC) frameworks, risk control matrices, testing, remediation, and compliance monitoring.
- Provide technical accounting guidance on evolving regulations, recent accounting standards, and complex accounting matters.
- Lead statutory filings including XBRL, MCA, RBI returns, cost records, and cost audit compliance.
- Partner with business, legal, treasury, tax, secretarial, IT, auditors, and consultants to strengthen governance and reporting processes.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across the reporting and consolidation cycle.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
✅ Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
Additional qualifications such as CS, CMA, MBA (Finance), IFRS/Ind AS Certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
✅ 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounts,
Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
✅ Experience in a listed organization with direct exposure to statutory reporting, Board reporting, and regulatory compliance
✅ Proven expertise in financial consolidation and reporting across multi-entity, multi-location structures
✅ Big 4 background in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting, or Accounting Advisory preferred
✅ Experience leading and mentoring teams across locations
