Role Description The Senior Interior Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North, offering compensation up to 6 LPA. The individual in this role will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, space planning, and development of design proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and ensuring that design solutions meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.

Designer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors, manage project timelines,



and oversee site execution to maintain design quality and client satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing layouts.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including understanding of building codes and technical detailing.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Advanced knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects.
- Solid project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client-facing interactions and design pitch presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and to mentor and guide junior design staff.
