Role Description

We are looking for a Scrap Sales Executive who can build a network of scrap-metal buyers, find new buyers online, manage IndiaMART and auction platforms, negotiate rates and close scrap sales.

The candidate must have experience in the automobile scrap/ELV industry and should understand the market value of dismantled automobile parts and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop buyers for automobile scrap,



dismantled parts and recyclable materials.
- Understand and assess the market value of parts such as engines, gearboxes, ECUs, alternators, starters, aluminium, copper, steel, etc.
- Find new buyers through IndiaMART, online platforms and auctions.
- Negotiate rates and close sales at competitive market prices.
- Maintain relationships with existing buyers and continuously expand the buyer network.
- Coordinate with the plant team for material availability, inspection, pickup and payment.
- Track market prices and maintain buyer and sales records.

- We are looking for someone who:

- Has hands-on experience in automobile scrap / ELV / vehicle dismantling.
- Has valuable knowledge of automobile parts, scrap categories and their market values.
- Is confident on calls and has strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Can independently identify buyers and generate sales.
- Is comfortable using IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and online platforms.

- Only candidates with relevant automobile scrap/ELV industry experience should apply.
