Role & responsibilities

- Lead SAP IBP solution design, configuration, and implementation across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;, Control Tower, and Response Planning modules.
- Conduct customer workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
- Manage IBP integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI while ensuring data accuracy and stability.
- Drive AMS support activities including incident resolution, enhancements, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
- Own transition activities by creating Run Books, KEDB, SOPs, user guides, and knowledge transfer documentation for seamless support operations.

Preferred candidate profile ***

- 12+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on SAP IBP experience.




- Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects and multiple support/rollout engagements.
- Solid expertise in SAP IBP Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP;, Control Tower, Response & Supply, and RTI configuration.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using CI-DS, CPI-DS, and RTI.
- Experience in AMS support, knowledge transition, RCA, and preparation of Run Books, KEDB, SOPs, and handover documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and business requirement gathering skills.
