Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Remote – PAN India

Key: Must have relevant domain experience in FMCG or Retail.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Lead with 15+ years of experience and strong expertise in SAP FICO implementation projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects .
- Configure and manage SAP FI modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting .
- Handle SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing .
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Manage integration between FICO and other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, and PS .
- Lead testing activities, including unit testing,



integration testing, UAT, and cutover.
- Support data migration, financial master data, and transaction data validation.
- Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and project delivery.
- Provide post-go-live support and ensure successful system stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project .
- Robust hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance .
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Good knowledge of SAP implementation methodology, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
