SAP Skills

- 6-8 years of SAP functional consulting experience, with hands-on experience in SAP Case Management.

- Strong understanding of SAP Case Management architecture, configuration, and functionality.

- Hands-on experience configuring case types, categories, attributes, statuses, relationships, and case processes.

- Good understanding of workflow and case lifecycle management.

- Experience integrating Case Management with other SAP modules/business processes.

- Strong functional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with ABAP/technical teams.

- Good understanding of SAP testing methodologies and defect management.

- Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP CRM / SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Knowledge of SAP Workflow and business rules.

- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI technologies.

- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, APIs, and web services.

- Experience working on government, tax, revenue, public-sector, or regulatory projects would be an advantage.

- Experience with SAP TRM / PSCD would be an added advantage, but TRM is not the primary requirement.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Case Management functional solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP Case Management based on business requirements.

- Configure case types, case categories, case attributes, statuses, priorities, relationships, and case lifecycle.

- Design and configure case processing, assignment, routing, escalation, and closure processes.

- Configure and support case relationships with relevant business objects and SAP processes.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand case-handling requirements and recommend appropriate SAP solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments.

- Coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for development, interfaces, reports, workflows,



and enhancements.

- Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Case Management.

- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide appropriate functional solutions.

- Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.

- Support data migration and integration activities where required.

- Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and support end users.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to Case Management processes.

Business Skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

- Understands business processes for focus area or module.

- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
