- Generate new business for Prime LAP / Loan Against Property through open market sourcing.

- Develop and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, property dealers, builders and other channel partners.

- Identify prospective customers from salaried, self-employed and business segments.

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.

- Conduct customer meetings and understand their financial and funding requirements.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and technical teams for smooth processing of cases.

- Ensure quality sourcing as per company credit and policy guidelines.

- Achieve monthly sales, login and disbursement targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up on pending cases.

- Monitor market activities and competitor offerings to generate current business opportunities.
